We use MU at work and it has various strengths and weaknesses. Overall though it’s sort of a pain, especially to get up and get working right. You’re probably best off with whatever you had before if that already works for you.

Dude. So awesome. Can I come over and play? I just set up my practice kit again (http://www.flickr.com/photos/vitaflo/2847420294/) after having taken it down when we tried to sell the house (and failed), but it doesn’t do it justice like the Roland kits.

I soooo want a TD-20, but can’t afford it, and don’t have room. It’s just my way to pretending I’m waiting for the TD-30 to come out so I don’t feel so bad.

BTW, from the research I have done, RMC Audio has the best price on Roland kits and pieces. You have to call them though usually for the price, as it’s well below whatever can be published. So, you know, if you wanna like add an extra cymbal or tom or something.

Congratulations and my best wishes for a happy forever after!! Annie and Wes glowed with love. Annie was simply radiant and Wes so handsome. Annie kept saying before the wedding that she couldn’t figure out “why” she had such a nervous stomach. All us moms could only laugh and say “ANNIE???” But looking and talking with her later, I bet she never remembers saying that!!! Aiden was so sweet with momma and dadas all night!! It was a real Hallmark night seeing their family together. And little Parker baby is so precious, what more can I say. Both those little boys could steal anyones hearts. Can’t wait for all the pictures from the photographer and to see all the videos that were taken. Thanks Ryan!

WRT: Wild Arms et al, I think the same about Castlevania Symphony of the Night. It’s beeen released on other platforms as as a download, yet it still commands $60 at my local shop. It’s not about the game anymore, but perceived “value” of the item. This is why the “greatest hits” covers are worth less than the original, even though it’s the same game. They’ve gone from being a form of entertainment to collectables that people have just to have. Sad really, but why I’m glad emulation is around.
