Top 5

I never like classifying and pigeon-holing people, ideas or objects as a type of list that defines what it is that I am or like. So I try to not do it. I like my curiosities to ebb and flow, but retain a base that can always draw me back to the ultimate [...]

Sit up straight! No, wait… don’t.

It appears sitting straight up in your chair isn't the best thing for your back anymore. I personally like to recline to a nearly horizontal 160° or so with my legs up on the rear frame of my desk, but it appears 135° with your legs on the floor is pretty optimal according to [...]

Scathing Zune review

Everytime there was talk that Microsoft was working on the “iPod killer”, I always thought, “yeah, whatever.” Since when has Microsoft actually made something that works well before the hax are applied? Aside from just about any MS Mouse, the XBox 360 might be its first success, but that remains to be seen. [...]

It appears that BT and Thomas Dolby are going on a short duo road trip tour starting next week through Christmas. You know, yesterday I saw someone mention that if the Republicans lose the House and/or Senate, the Bush administration would begin to crumble with either people leaving for higher ground or people being forced to resign. I thought that would be a pipe dream and possibly happen somewhere down the road, but never would [...]

Vote!

Today's the day. Remember, every vote counts… or does it? Chew on this HBO documentary called Hacking the Vote while you fill in those little circles, connect the lines, punch the cards or touch the screen. It runs an hour and 20 minutes, so it's not a light sitting video.
