Here I am, talking about the new camera and lo and behold what happens? A loud noise.

hmm….sounds like it was just right over there. sounded like a dumpster falling over. no, not really a dumpster, but more like a crane dropped some wood. there are plenty of new building going up around here and it's possible something they dangled on it at the end of the day fell off.

hmm….a cop. oh, a fire truck. where's the ambulance? ahh, there it is. jeez…the hazmat! and the fire chief. and another ladder! wtf?! let's investigate.

I was pretty close. there was a crane involved, however it didn't drop anything, but rather it was a drunk that hit it. or at least i can only assume he was drunk as i don't see how any sane driver wouldn't see this coming. as i got there the jaws of life were ripping open the door. the guy was dragged out with not much wrong with him. maybe a couple broken legs or ribs, but there wasn't a scratch or piece of blood on him. amazing how it works that way.

anyways, i believe they just left it there. shortly after i left the trucks started rolling away. i can see why. i wouldn't want to pull that thing out of there without some operators or engineers present to tell me what's going to happen to the crane after they remove the car. i'd go back out and check, but it is 3am now after all.
