Scathing Zune review
Everytime there was talk that Microsoft was working on the “iPod killer”, I always thought, “yeah, whatever.” Since when has Microsoft actually made something that works well before the hax are applied? Aside from just about any MS Mouse, the XBox 360 might be its first success, but that remains to be seen. So, when the Zune launched, as soon as I heard about the great “features”, it sure seemed like it was doomed for failure unless the hackers went to town and created something that would work better on it and actually let people use it instead of only being allowed to sorta/kinda use it.
This Chicago Sun-Times reviewer sees it no different.
And that's just the opener. It only gets worse.
