So the news yesterday as well was that Madison finished hiring 9 carriers finally. Actually, they started in on that only a few weeks after I started in Stoughton, so that was quite the bummer to hear. And I guess the rest have trickled in and are all starting working this week. But what was even better was one of the new guys who started this week was fired on the first day after not finishing his job until 11:30pm. He also apparently hit another vehicle and didn't report it. It's my guess he must have known he was screwed so he was just sitting out on the street racking up some overtime to at least have a sizable check for a little bit of work. Either that or he really sucked. Probably the latter.

Goes to show this isn't everybody's job.

Actually, upon reflecting about how my situation in Madison vs. Stoughton, I think Stoughton might actually be winning me over. I realize I said before that there's no way that's going to happen, but this is a pretty good gig down here. The management aren't idiots and aside from a couple, there are no selfish workers here. Everyone is up to helping anyone out to get everyone done by a decent time. There have been plenty of times where I thought for sure I'd be working well more than a 12 hour day, just because if it had been Madison and those situations occurred that's how it would have fallen, but on those days I barely hit 9 hours. That's not too bad of an office right there.

I just can't wrap my head around moving down there, even though that probably would be in my best interest.
